Styx Plot

This is Cat's plot wiki. Well, for the Styx plot, at any rate. She just needs somewhere to dump information without worrying about it getting lost.
But really all you need to know is that everyone lives a short, miserable life. It's like a freaking Lemony Snicket book, but without all the rambling tangents… wait why is this relevant.
Short miserable lives. Yeah.
Also the main focus period of this plot takes place over the course of four years… though important stuff happens as far as thousands of years ago, and some other stuff does go on after these years. I'm just going to stick the 'second generation' label on that and not focus on it for a while to come.
